I'm still thinking of a proper format to log my entries, let me fine tune as I move along else I believe I would never get this started.
Breakfast - Oaks with non-fat milk
Lunch - Claypot Vegetarian noodle
Dinner - Vegetarian Udon
Misc - 1 small cup of coffee, 2 large cup of teh-si without milk. 5 fruit pastels.
As today is "shi-wu", 15th day of the chinese calendar, being a Buddhist, I would try to eat vegetarian food. However, as I was eating, I realised that even vegetarian food isn't that healthy.
For vegetarian food, it consist of mainly fried noodles, and all the ingredients are made from flour, starch, and deep fried items. As I reviewed today's diary, I realised that I didn't opt for the healtier choice like vegetables instead. I had the traditional ones with fried items. In the next full moon, I would have to opt for the healthier choice instead.
